What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. You can pay the delivery agent after receiving your order.
Online Payment
We currently accept the following online payment methods:

- Bank Transfer
- Debit & Credit Cards (directly through our website)
Card payments are processed securely through the SSLCommerz payment gateway, allowing customers to pay using supported Visa, Mastercard, American Express, DBBL Nexus, Q-Cash, and other eligible payment methods directly during checkout.
All transactions are protected using secure encryption and industry-standard security measures to ensure a safe payment experience. SSLCommerz uses advanced encryption and security protocols to ensure that your payment information remains protected throughout the transaction process.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all delivery locations?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for both Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka deliveries, subject to courier service availability.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We believe in complete transparency.
All applicable charges, including product price and delivery fee (if applicable), will be clearly displayed during checkout. You only need to pay the final amount shown on your invoice.
Note: Preorder payments follow a separate payment policy outlined below.
Will my payment information be safe?
Yes.
Your payment security is extremely important to us. All online payments are processed through SSLCommerz's secure payment gateway using industry-standard encryption technology.
Basic & Beyond BD does not store your card or banking information. Sensitive payment details are handled securely by authorized payment processors and financial institutions to ensure maximum protection.
Why was my payment unsuccessful?
Payment failures can occur for several reasons, including:
- Insufficient account balance
- Incorrect payment details
- Temporary banking or network issues
- Restrictions set by your bank or payment provider
If your payment was unsuccessful, please try again or contact your bank for assistance.
Preorder Payment Policy
Preorder items are sourced specifically upon customer request and therefore require an advance payment to confirm the order.
How does preorder payment work?
To place a preorder, customers must pay 40–50% of the product value in advance through:
- bKash
- Bank Transfer
The remaining balance can be paid upon receiving the product using one of the following methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- bKash
- Bank Transfer
Can I pay the full amount in advance?
Yes. Customers who prefer to complete the full payment before delivery may do so via bKash or Bank Transfer. Once the payment is verified, the order status will be updated as Paid.
If customers choose Cash on Delivery for the remaining balance, the invoice will reflect the outstanding due amount until payment is collected.
Why is advance payment required for preorders?
Preorder products are imported and sourced specifically for individual customer requests. The advance payment helps secure the order and initiate the sourcing process.
Important Note
Advance payments made for confirmed preorder items are generally non-refundable once the sourcing process has begun, except in cases where the item cannot be sourced or supplied by us.
